CHALLENGE:
Because the elaborate EAW system which consisted of dozens of
loudspeakers and a six figure cost couldn't accomplish the goal,
clear speech needed to be delivered to the center of the round
domed room with two loudspeakers hidden from view.
SOLUTION:
Two Dalbec DP-208 loudspeakers hidden above ventilation ducts.
CUSTOMER COMMENTS:
"We are very pleased with the performance of the loudspeaker
system you installed to solve the acoustic problems in the center
of the Nott Memorial. We have had several consultants in to look
at the system since the Nott was opened in 1995. None of these
people proved helpful. I am very impressed with the quality of
the sound. I am particularly pleased that you were able to eliminate
the prospect of installing large loudspeaker cabinets on the floor
which would have spoiled the entire aesthetic sense of the building."
