Procedures: How to send us your speakers
It is most cost effective to remove the speakers
from the enclosure for shipping. This saves on shipping, and labor.
Take the time to protect the entire speaker with
bubble wrap, foam (please no peanuts!), or other shock resistant
material and pack it in a thick, sturdy box. Use common sense
when packing audio drivers for shippment. They are precise instruments
and extremely fragile. Imporper shipment may render speaker unrepairable.
Whenever possible we advise woofers be either
bolted face to face, or individually to a rigid, flat surface
such as plywood etc... to help assure safe shipment. If packaging
your drivers is a concern, please contact us for asssistance in
choosing a mehtod and packaging materials.
If you are sending multiple speakers, be sure
to bubble wrap each speaker with a minimum or 1 inch padding in
all directions and place each speaker in its own box within the
larger box.
Please print the following form and include it
with your speakers: SPEAKER
